Kate Spade New York in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and prioritise inbound deliveries to ensure timely availability of merchandise on the selling floor.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom and selling-floor inventory for accessibility and rapid replenishment.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform unit counts and support inventory audits to drive shrinkage targets.
  • Execute price changes, markdowns and tagging accurately and promptly.
  • Support daily floor moves and continuous replenishment to maintain full and customer-ready displays.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards across the selling floor, stockroom and offsite/warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail service experience; demonstrated passion for retail and customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Capacity to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a busy sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an elevated sense of personal presentation.
  • Familiarity with omni-channel/virtual selling techniques and social media awareness.

Experience
