Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in line with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute basic visual merchandising updates to reflect brand standards.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer data where permitted, and support local brand ambassador activities including social media engagement.
• Support sales-floor activities and customer requests; escalate issues to management when appropriate.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention procedures, and safely handle merchandise (regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifts to 50 lbs).
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within luxury or premium retail.
• Familiarity with contemporary fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
• Proven ability to operate cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and internet-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and perform physical tasks required for retail operations.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or high-end retail environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
