Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalised assistance.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation, and process cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
• Manage replenishment of sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and support floor standards to brand guidelines.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand representation and social engagement.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently; collaborate with sales team and management to meet service objectives.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; perform routine lifting and physical tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, sales), preferably within luxury or premium retail environments; combinations of education and experience considered.
• Demonstrated familiarity with current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer literacy including iPad and laptop use and internet navigation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to multitask in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service orientation; ability to present a professional brand image.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience in cashiering, stockroom or sales roles is required; experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
