Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Support Associate in Kaohsiung to manage POS, stockroom and client service at the Kaohsiung Han Shin store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS systems and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, reconcile discrepancies, organise the stockroom, and replenish sales floor inventory.
- Execute visual merchandising updates and housekeeping standards to ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products and gift cards, capturing customer data where permitted, and liaisoning with management or team members as required.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and contribute to a secure retail environment; act as a local brand ambassador and support store social engagement when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the local marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, with strong English language proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

At least one year of hands-on retail experience—cash handling, stockroom operations or direct sales—ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
