Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process, and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute merchandising updates and maintain visual standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support the store's local brand presence (including social media engagement where applicable).
- Support floor sales activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate closely with team members and management.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven cash-handling and POS operation experience; familiarity with Mobile POS and tablet-based systems.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre merchandise (regularly 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience—cashier, stockroom, or sales—preferred, with luxury retail experience advantageous. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service, or product training preferred.
