Coach (Tapestry) in Jenks, OK seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate. Assist customers, operate POS, and maintain stockroom.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
- Replenish and merchandize the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support planogram adherence.
- Suggest add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted and support social media/brand engagement locally.
- Partner with sales team and management to respond to customer requests, support loss prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and maneuvering throughout the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven cash-handling accuracy and familiarity with cash register systems or POS terminals.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market awareness.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, with prior cashier, stockroom or sales support responsibilities; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Jenks, Oklahoma, USA, with easy access to Tulsa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
