Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in strict compliance with policy.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market; support social media engagement as directed.
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support revenue and CRM goals.
  • Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom order.
  • Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand presentation standards.
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve issues.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform routine physical tasks (lifting, bending, stocking).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market dynamics.
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop, and internet-enabled devices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical stockroom/sales-floor tasks.

Experience
