Coach (Tapestry) in Tulalip, WA is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate II for cash wrap, stockroom and client service at Seattle Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market; support store-level social media engagement when required.
  • Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted and support clienteling efforts.
  • Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Support sales-floor activities and customer requests, collaborating with colleagues and management to meet service goals.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention procedures and ensure a safe retail environment.
  • Perform routine physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and stockroom maneuvering.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashiering, stocking or sales), preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
  • Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad or laptop for store operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and aptitude for accurate transactional work.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
  • Capacity to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as required by store operations.

Experience

At least one year of retail experience, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities; luxury retail background preferred.
