Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, inspect, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM activity.
- Support floor selling activities, respond to customer requests confidently and collaborate with store team and management as required.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
- Support brand representation in the local market and assist with social media engagement as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Familiarity with contemporary fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
- Proficiency with POS/cash register systems and basic digital tools (iPad, Mobile POS, laptop, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required, with cashiering, stockroom and customer-facing duties preferred; experience in a luxury retail environment is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
