Coach in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service. Hourly $15–$19.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, anticipating needs and providing personalised assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and reconcile inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Promote add‑on items and gift cards, capture customer data where permitted, and support social media and local brand initiatives as a store ambassador.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and support teammates on the sales floor during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a sales floor and stockroom environment.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stockroom, or direct sales—preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment. A combination of relevant education and demonstrable retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
