Coach in Glendale, AZ is hiring a part‑time Sales Support Associate at Arrowhead Towne Center — customer service, POS and stockroom role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, handle cash/media in compliance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap area.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Monitor and replenish sales floor stock levels, execute visual merchandising updates, and ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Support frontline sales activity by responding confidently to customer requests and partnering with colleagues or management to drive conversion.
- Act as a local brand ambassador, supporting in‑store and social media engagement when appropriate.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform physical tasks including lifting and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and Internet applications.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to bend, climb, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, with cashier/stockroom duties or sales responsibilities; experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
