Coach Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Glendale, AZ — join Tapestry's Westgate store to operate POS, manage stock, and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media, and ensure cash wrap organisation in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Manage inventory levels by replenishing the sales floor, executing visual merchandising updates and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local social media/brand initiatives.
- Support loss prevention procedures and respond to customer requests by partnering effectively with management and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proven cash-handling experience and comfort operating POS/cash register systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least one year of hands-on retail experience encompassing cashier or stockroom duties and direct customer interaction; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
