Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and adhere to cash/media handling policies.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising and display updates according to guidelines.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support store sales goals.
• Support sales floor activities and customer requests, partnering with colleagues and management to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention procedures; perform physical tasks including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs (occasional lifting to 50 lbs).
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and locally; support social media engagement and local brand representation when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and laptop use, and basic internet navigation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience, preferably including cashier or stock responsibilities; luxury retail exposure is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising coursework preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
