Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Support Associate in Clinton, Connecticut — temporary retail role at Clinton Crossing supporting POS, stock and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients at the sales floor and cash wrap with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and deliver a personalized service experience.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately, manage cash and payment media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute merchandising updates and support visual merchandising guidelines.
- Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support store social engagement as a brand ambassador.
- Support day‑to‑day sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, adhere to loss prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock or sales experience preferred); luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop for retail tasks.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask in a high‑volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities; prior exposure to luxury retail and client‑facing service is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Clinton, Connecticut, USA, with easy access to New Haven.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
