Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
• Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, organised stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise, manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand presentation standards.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer contact information where permitted to support clienteling and sales goals.
• Support sales floor activities during peak periods, respond to customer requests and partner with colleagues and management to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; assist with local brand representation and social media engagement as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales) — luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive retail landscape.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout salesfloor and stockroom.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience in cashier, stockroom or sales roles; luxury retail background is preferred but not required. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service or visual merchandising training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
