Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, brand-consistent service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor, welcoming clients and anticipating needs.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in accordance with company policy.
• Receive, process, reconcile and organise incoming shipments and store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Maintain sales floor replenishment and execute visual merchandising resets and product presentation updates to brand standards.
• Support the sales team by suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards and capturing customer information where permitted.
• Uphold store housekeeping and loss-prevention procedures; respond to customer requests and partner with management on escalations.
• Engage as a local brand ambassador, supporting in-store events and social-media-driven initiatives when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stocking or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic laptop/Internet navigation.
• Demonstrable customer service and communication skills with strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment and maintain composure during busy periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience handling cashier, stockroom or sales responsibilities; experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
