Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering a personalised customer experience.
- Operate point-of-sale accurately, maintain the cash wrap area, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Process, receive and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Monitor and replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Promote add-on items and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling and CRM initiatives.
- Support floor selling activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and stockroom, and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stocking, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive retail marketplace.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer devices, including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, kneel and manoeuvre within the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales), with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service coursework preferred but not required.

This position is based in Aventura, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
