Coach hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate at The Domain in Austin, TX. Hourly pay $15–$19.50; retail customer service, POS and stockroom duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media at the cash wrap in compliance with policy.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and planogram tasks.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture permitted customer information to support sales and clienteling.
- Support sales floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests in partnership with the store team and management.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting store social media engagement when applicable.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably within a luxury or specialty retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and the ability to use Mobile POS and walkie talkies.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

At least one year of hands-on retail experience performing cashier, stockroom, and floor merchandising responsibilities; prior luxury retail exposure preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
