Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organised cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising standards and routine presentation updates.
- Support active selling by suggesting add‑on products, promoting gift cards and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Assist on the sales floor during peak periods; respond to customer requests and partner with colleagues and management to resolve issues.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across sales and back‑of‑house areas.
- Represent the brand in the local market and support store social media engagement when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven cash handling and POS operation experience; knowledge of cash register systems.
- Basic computer literacy including use of iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and internet applications; ability to read price and product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; must be able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); luxury retail background preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
