Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, manage the cash wrap, and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain presentation standards.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM efforts.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently; escalate to management when appropriate.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across the store and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and guidelines.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market, supporting store initiatives and social media engagement as requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-enabled devices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational aptitude.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least one year of retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); prior experience within luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training desirable.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
