Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process, document and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activities and promotions, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and assist colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and POS; ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and internet-enabled tools.
- Demonstrable attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre stock and merchandise.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, with cashier, stockroom or sales duties preferred; experience in a luxury retail environment is an advantage. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
