Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customers’ aesthetic and lifestyle needs and create complete, on-brand looks.
- Recommend add-ons and cross-category items to build cohesive outfits and increase basket value.
- Use storytelling and visual demonstration to showcase multiple ways to wear products and inspire exploration of new styles.
- Deliver seamless point-of-sale experiences and assist customers through purchase decisions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization; assist with inventory handling, merchandising, and replenishment.
- Adopt omnichannel selling methods including virtual selling and social media touchpoints to engage customers beyond the floor.
- Operate safely and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required, with demonstrable customer-facing selling skills; familiarity with omnichannel or virtual selling methods is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
