Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Sales Stylist in Bluffton, SC (Tanger Outlets Hilton Head). Hourly $15–$19.50; customer-facing, styling-focused retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, cultivate rapport and demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customers’ tastes and assemble complete looks that drive attachments and full-price purchases.
- Present multiple ways to wear and combine products, suggesting complementary items and add-ons to maximize basket value.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and deliver a seamless checkout experience using POS systems.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including organized inventory and replenishment.
- Contribute to sales storytelling, follow-up with customers to encourage repeat visits, and represent the brand on social channels when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
- English proficiency (or local market language proficiency) and basic digital/social media literacy.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required, with a track record of building customer relationships and delivering sales through consultative styling and merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail training or coursework in fashion/visual merchandising preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
