Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards in every customer interaction.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive individual and store sales via cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms — including short-form video and live-stream shopping — to capture client data and encourage repeat purchase.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and prospect for new customers through in-store and digital channels.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional presentation.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor and back-of-house organised and adhere to asset protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and walkie‑talkie operation.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping, short-form video or video product demonstrations is preferred.
  • Comfort working a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, ideally within luxury retail; demonstrable competency in clienteling, social selling and meeting individual sales targets.

Education
