Coach is hiring a Sales Consultant in Zhengzhou (Zhengdong MixC). Full-time retail role focused on luxury client service, omnichannel selling and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through product expertise, styling and tailored recommendations.
  • Drive individual and store revenue by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Source and cultivate new clients, maintain relationship follow-up and close sales across channels (in-store, pickup, returns and exchanges).
  • Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing, inventory receipt and replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain an organized, service-ready sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and product movement.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and drive team performance.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt professional behaviours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable with iPad and laptop devices.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices, data acquisition and social selling techniques; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail. Demonstrated track record of clienteling, meeting sales targets and using mobile POS and digital selling channels; experience with social media or live-stream retail is preferred.

No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.
