Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service and personalized client experiences according to Coach standards.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Execute daily boutique operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, visual presentation and point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across Coach leather goods and accessories to advise clients and drive conversion.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years' experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with strong persuasion and closing skills.
- Polished verbal communication and interpersonal skills; courteous, proactive and client-focused.
- Proven team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail or luxury sales experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
Associate degree (college diploma) or above.
