Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Sales Consultant in Dalian at Dalian Pavilion Shopping Center. Full‑time retail role delivering Coach customer service and sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand‑standard customer service to Coach clients at all touchpoints.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling and clienteling.
- Execute daily store operations reliably, including cash handling, stock replenishment and visual standards.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure seamless service and operational continuity.
- Maintain clear, professional verbal communication with customers and team members to support a high‑performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (or equivalent) or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury sales experience.
- Polite, proactive demeanour with strong client‑facing sales aptitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Chinese; ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated team spirit and willingness to support store objectives.

Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail or the luxury goods sector with a proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering high service standards.
Education
Associate degree or above (college diploma or equivalent).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Dalian, Liaoning, China.
