Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Calgary, Alberta (Chinook Centre) to deliver elevated, omni-channel luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized client service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omni-channel sales activities including mobile POS transactions, online order pickups, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Capture client data using clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to support acquisition and retention.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs by developing and executing personal sales plans.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Support inventory cycles: receiving shipments, stocking, and managing product movement; follow POS and asset protection procedures.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of bending, kneeling and moving across the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
