Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service that reflects the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive clienteling to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and merchandise movement, assist teammates across functional areas, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop and mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency (required).
- Social-media savvy with experience or openness to live-stream shopping, short-form video demos and digital selling techniques (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ years of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrable success meeting sales KPIs and executing omni-channel selling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
