Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Zhongshan, China (Zhongshan Haiya Outlet) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the brand, consistently applying Coach’s Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalised client experiences.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations; develop and follow personal sales plans.
- Engage omnichannel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: operate POS, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipt and replenishment, and support visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards—cleanliness, organisation and stock levels—while following asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and deliver measurable clienteling outcomes.
- Experience with POS operation and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social-media savvy; experience with short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and managing multiple customers simultaneously.

Minimum of 1 year in sales; prior luxury retail experience is preferred and will be given priority.
Education
No specific degree required; secondary education or equivalent. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, with easy access to Guangzhou.
