Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Sales Associate in Zhengzhou East MixC, China — frontline luxury retail role delivering personalized client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline brand ambassador, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards to every client interaction.
- Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored sales plans.
- Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and short-form video/social selling platforms (including live-stream shopping) to capture client data and support omnichannel conversions.
- Source and prospect new customers; conduct timely follow-up to close sales and expand the client base.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining high service standards.
- Process transactions accurately (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Maintain a well-presented, organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and contribute to team performance.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices (Mobile POS, iPad, laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies and following operational retail procedures.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel selling, social selling or live-stream shopping are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
