Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Sales Associate in Zhengzhou East MixC, China — deliver luxury service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through omni-channel selling: cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture client data and close sales.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards — visual merchandising, organisation, stock accuracy and asset-protection procedures.
- Support team performance by sharing product knowledge, assisting across functional areas and participating in brand trainings and initiatives.
- Adapt selling approach to business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with inventory processes and visual merchandising.
- Social media-savvy with experience or aptitude for live-stream shopping, short-form video and social selling.
- Strong English language proficiency as specified in the job posting.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni-channel clienteling, social selling or live-stream product demonstrations are preferred.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.
