Role & Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a front-line brand ambassador and adhere to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Deliver elevated, personalized styling and build lasting client relationships through product expertise and tailored fashion advice.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
• Leverage mobile POS, POS systems, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and maintain an organised sales floor and stockroom.
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
• Collaborate with teammates across functions, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust-based team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Proven ability to operate POS and mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
• Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
• Physically able to work at pace and perform stockroom duties: regularly lift 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend and kneel.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
