Coach in Wrentham, MA seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalized luxury service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions and grow omni-channel sales.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom maintenance and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
- Support inventory cycles and asset-protection procedures; maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and complete required training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS and mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
- Clienteling and data-acquisition skills; familiarity with social selling and live-stream/video demo formats preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling in a retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and demonstrable omni-channel selling, clienteling or social commerce experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail, visual merchandising or fashion-related training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
