Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Woodstock, GA to deliver luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling for the Coach store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support inventory cycles, participate in brand initiatives and trainings, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop) and to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience or comfort in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and kneel on the sales floor.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. Demonstrated track record hitting sales targets and using omni‑channel selling tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Woodstock, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Atlanta.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
