Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Sales Associate in Woodburn, OR to deliver personalized luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and product movement.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and follow asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and shipment receiving.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and initiatives.
  • Adapt to changing business needs on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and maintain a calm professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Familiarity with social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos and ability to leverage social platforms for sales.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience is preferred. A combination of formal education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
