Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish rapport; assess customer needs through active listening and insightful questioning.
• Provide personalised styling advice, create complete looks, and recommend complementary items to increase average transaction value.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of product attributes across categories and tell compelling brand and product stories to drive sales.
• Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment.
• Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products and to inspire customers to explore new styles.
• Support omni and virtual selling activities, including social media engagement and remote clienteling as required.
• Adhere to loss-prevention, visual merchandising and store presentation standards; assist with opening/closing and high-traffic events.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrated customer-service orientation.
• Comfortable multitasking, prioritising workload and collaborating within a team.
• Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Prior retail experience is required; demonstrable track record in customer-facing sales or styling roles is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
