Coach in Wolfsburg, Germany seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive omnichannel sales and build client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized, elevated customer service in accordance with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture customer data via social selling and short-form video to support omnichannel sales.
  • Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised, and adhere to asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team members across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven capability operating POS systems (mobile POS) and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie‑talkies; cash handling accuracy.
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
