Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Westlake, Ohio. Join Coach at Crocker Park to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture client data and convert digital engagement into sales.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards for cleanliness, organization and product presentation; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Sustain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems (including Mobile POS) and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
- Clienteling and data-acquisition capability; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales role; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and omni-channel selling is strongly preferred. Practical experience using POS systems, mobile clienteling tools and social selling/video demonstrations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Westlake, Ohio, USA, within easy reach of Cleveland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
