Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Wals‑Himmelreich, Austria — deliver personalised luxury retail service and drive sales at the Salzburg Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised and follow asset protection procedures.
- Source and follow up with prospective customers to convert leads and support CRM data acquisition.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and to follow price/release documentation.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or fashion; experience with omni‑channel selling and clienteling is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
