Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Waipahu, Hawaii — part‑time role focused on luxury clienteling and omnichannel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Develop and nurture lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales KPIs by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
  • Maintain store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, replenish stock and support visual merchandising.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based store environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfort using mobile POS.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
