Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and authoritative product knowledge to create a memorable boutique experience.
- Actively listen and ask probing questions to determine customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Provide personalised styling guidance, assemble complete looks, and recommend complementary items to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate creative merchandising by showing multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers.
- Execute accurate point-of-sale transactions and deliver a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards are met.
- Drive sales results through storytelling, relationship building and follow-up that encourage repeat visits.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and stocking merchandise.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally within fashion or accessories.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and collaborate effectively within a store team.
- Comfortable with social media, omnichannel and virtual selling techniques; willingness to learn new digital tools.
- English proficiency sufficient for customer interaction (or local language proficiency where applicable).
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required, with demonstrated success in direct selling, client engagement and meeting sales targets. Experience in fashion or accessories retail and familiarity with outlet retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
