Coach Sales Associate (part‑time) in Tulalip, Washington — frontline retail role at Coach (Seattle Outlets) focused on omni‑channel selling and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and facilitate omni‑channel sales.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organised, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom while complying with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, assist in functional areas as needed, and contribute to a trust‑based, high‑energy sales environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie.
- Strong verbal English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a busy sales environment.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium brand experience is preferred and will be considered alongside formal education.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Tulalip, Washington, USA, with easy access to Seattle.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
