Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Tulalip, Washington (Seattle Outlets). Join Coach (Tapestry) to deliver elevated, omni-channel retail service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering the brand’s Guide to Style and Service and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and livestream demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Support daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Contribute to team performance by assisting colleagues across functions, participating in training and brand initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Adapt selling techniques to high-traffic periods and manage multiple customers while preserving a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition capabilities; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail and omni‑channel selling is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
