Coach in Tucson, AZ (La Encantada) is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated client service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales through proactive cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
- Manage multiple customers on the salesfloor while maintaining high energy and professional presentation.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the salesfloor and stockroom are clean, organised and well-stocked.
- Follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection guidelines; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable with iPad/laptop use and basic computer tasks.
- Strong verbal English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the salesfloor and stockroom.
- Social‑media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition are preferred.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; luxury retail and omni‑channel selling experience is preferred, along with familiarity with clienteling and social selling techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or retail-related training preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
