Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with brand standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Sell across channels by leveraging mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and convert sales.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap procedures and follow asset protection policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and stockroom activities: receive shipments, replenish floor stock and manage product movement.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and well stocked.
  • Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust‑based team environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience

Compensation
