Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a front‑line brand ambassador, delivering elevated service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and executing individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture client data and convert interactions.
- Support omnichannel execution: process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain a well‑organized, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, foster a trust‑based team environment, participate in brand initiatives and complete required training.
- Adapt to changing business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently and sustain professional composure; welcome feedback and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong customer focus and interpersonal savvy.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfort using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Social media literacy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and kneel while handling stockroom and floor duties.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred and considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework or training is advantageous. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

This position is based in Towson, Maryland, USA, within easy reach of Baltimore.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
