Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interest into sales.
- Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product flow between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a polished, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, retail policies and asset-protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to a dynamic floor environment, handle multiple customers, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities while welcoming feedback and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape; social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred and will be considered favorably.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
