Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Thornton, CO (Denver Premium Outlets) to deliver styling-led customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Recommend complementary items and use storytelling to drive add-on sales and conversion.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale (POS) transactions and guide customers through purchase decisions.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
- Apply omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to engage customers across digital and in-store touchpoints.
- Deliver high standards of customer service to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Comply with physical handling requirements: regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and manoeuvre across salesfloor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling methods.
- English proficiency required for this market.
