Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and follow-up to close sales.
  • Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and targeted recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms — including short-form video and live demos — to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain a well-presented sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and visual merchandising procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
  • Accept and act on feedback; adapt behaviors while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor during high-traffic periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable clienteling outcomes.
  • Operational competence with POS systems and inventory procedures.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury fashion retail experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos are preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
